Return Policy


GoPinPro Return Policy

At GoPinPro, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Used items

  • Certain health and personal care items

Return Shipping

  • If the item is defective or damaged, we cover return shipping.

  • For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will not be included.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

  • Items returned after 30 days

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account and/or credit card statement.

  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider (processing times may vary).

  3. If you still haven’t received it, please email us at brianna@gopinpro.com

We aim to respond to all emails within 48 business hours (Mon–Fri).

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email info@gopinpro.com and ship your item to the address above.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once your return is processed.

  • If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
