GoPinPro Return Policy

At GoPinPro, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, returns are not accepted.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unmounted, and in the same condition in which they were received
  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • All policies apply only for the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged

  • Returns must be shipped using a trackable method. GoPinPro is not responsible for items lost in transit


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Pins

  • B-Grade items

  • Sale items


Refund Processing

Approved returns are subject to a 15 percent restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.


Return Shipping

  • If an item is defective or damaged, GoPinPro will cover return shipping

  • For all other approved returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • All replacement shipments will be mailed to the shipping address on file from the original order

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items. Returns sent without tracking are shipped at the buyer’s risk, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a few business days.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items returned after 30 days

  • Used items

  • Items missing original packaging or components

  • Non-returnable items listed above


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement

  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary

  3. If the issue persists, email info@gopinpro.com

We respond to emails within 48 business hours, Monday through Friday.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are limited to the same item and are subject to availability. We do not offer size or color exchanges.


Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit once the return is processed.

If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Shipping Protection

Customers have 15 days from the date of delivery to file a lost, stolen, or damaged claim through Navidium, or reach out to our customer service team. Any claims made outside of this time period will be automatically declined
