About PinFolio® & GoPinPro

Q: What is a PinFolio?
A PinFolio is the first patented storage and display solution for pin collectors. It’s a binder-style case with Stick’N’Go® pages that hold pins securely without needing pin backs.

Q: Who is GoPinPro?
GoPinPro was founded by three siblings who wanted a better way to store and trade pins. Their flagship product, the PinFolio, has since become a must-have accessory for pin collectors worldwide.

Q: Why was the PinFolio created?
The founders struggled with pins falling off lanyards and being damaged in traditional storage. They designed PinFolio to be secure, portable, and display-friendly — and went on to patent their innovation.

Q: Do PinFolios work with Disney pins (or other brands)?
Yes! PinFolios are designed for all types of pins: Disney, enamel, sports, convention, trading pins, and more.

Q: Do PinFolios include boards or pages?
Yes — all PinFolios come ready to use with Stick’N’Go® pages. Some styles, like the Sling Bag, can hold more pages if you want to expand later.

Q: Are PinFolios expandable?
Yes. The ProShow and Pro ELITE models are expandable, so your PinFolio grows with your collection.

Q: Do they come in different sizes?
Yes. The Mini Show is the smallest, while the Pro ELITE is the largest.

Q: Are straps included?
Many models (Pro, ProShow, Hipster, Pro ELITE) include adjustable carrying straps.

Q: Do PinFolios include pins?
No. PinFolios are sold empty so you can use them with your own collection.

Q: Can I customize my PinFolio?
Currently, custom covers aren’t offered, but we do carry a wide variety of colors and designs.

Q: Are PinFolios good for trading and displaying?
Yes! PinFolios are designed to make trading easy and displaying fun — whether you’re at an event or at home.

Q: How do I clean my PinFolio?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash or dry.

Q: Do PinFolio products come with a warranty?
Yes. All PinFolio products include a 90-day warranty against defects.

Q: Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! Retailers can contact us directly for wholesale opportunities.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to select countries. Shipping costs and times vary. See our Shipping Policy for details.


Orders, Shipping & Billing

Q: How long does processing take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, and most ship the same or next business day.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free domestic shipping on orders of $150+.

Q: How can I track my order?
Tracking is included on most shipments, though updates may take up to 48 hours.

Q: What if my order is delayed, lost, or marked “Delivered”?

  • Carrier delays are outside our control.

  • If shipped via Priority Mail, insurance is included. The buyer must file claims with the carrier for lost/damaged packages.

  • If a package is marked “Delivered” but not received, you’ll need to file a claim with the carrier. GoPinPro cannot issue refunds for items marked delivered.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely via SSL.

Q: Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is applied where required by law and calculated at checkout.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Defective or damaged items: we cover return shipping.

  • Other returns: buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Q: Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes — gift cards, downloadable products, used items, and certain personal care items.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?

Q: How long until I get my refund?
Refunds are issued after inspection and usually post to your original payment method within a few business days.

Q: Do you accept exchanges?
Exchanges are only available for defective/damaged items.
