Love these pin portfolios for my Disney pins
I initially ordered a pinfolio at the beginning of November. It said the label had been created but was still awaiting carrier pickup for about 2 weeks. I finally reached out to customer service who promptly notified me that they had switched shipping carriers and my order got lost in the shuffle. They immediately shipped me a new order and included a pinfolio mini board for the inconvenience, which I really appreciated!
